The 42" cutting deck includes a longer length S blade which lift clippings higher and cut the grass into finer mulch. A FastAttach bag can be added quickly to collect the cuttings, but if left on the lawn they provide nutrients for the remaining grass. Also, the discharge chute is larger to prevent clogging. The 7 Speed Shift on the Go transmission means you can change speeds without stopping or clutching. The 17.5 HP Powerbuilt engine from Briggs and Stratton is designed to be simple to maintain yet durable. The Pony Lawn Tractor comes in at the same price as the Tuffy Lawn Tractor and is very similar but is slightly more powerful and has a larger cutting deck than the Tuffy. With a step through design for easy access and an easy-to-see, newly designed dash, this lawn tractor is easy to operate while still getting the work done.
