The cutting deck is 46" and features a long S blade to lift and finely cut the grass. The deck can be postioned to 5 different heights depending on lawn length. There is a larger discharge chute for effective cutting clearing and reduced clumping. The Horse XP features the 22 horse power single Kohler Courage engine with a Hydrostatic transmission. This gives a smoother and responsive performance and eliminates the need for clutching - even when changing from forward to reverse. This is a more powerful engine than featured on the Bronco, Pony and Tuffy lawn mowers and the Horse XP has a larger cutting deck than these other 3 mowers in the range. The Horse XP mower includes a 2 gallon fuel tank and a deck wash port for attaching a hose pipe for easy cleaning, both features making this machine more convenient to use than others in the range. With a tall back seat and soft touch steering wheel, cup holder and rubber foot pads this mower provides a comfortable ride while the steel construction provides a stable and robust frame.
