The Pros:Small in size and weight. Affordable. Fine for light work around the house.
The Cons:Far from industrial grade material. Ni-cad batteries don't last very long - not the same as Lithium ion or Ni-MH. Fails to hold drill bits.
The Makita 6280DWPE is a 14.4-volt drill that comes with an ergonomic rubber pistol grip. It features a two-speed gear selection that matches the RPM to the task at hand. Though similiar to other members of its line, the drill has a higher voltage, but not cost.
