More importantly, the X724 hosts a plethora of convenience-related features like a Twin Touch automatic transmission based on a simple two-pedal control system; power steering and cruise control for mowing extremely large lawns; and a foot-operated differential lock located on the left footrest for easy engagement. Signature to the John Deere X724 is its Edge Xtra™ Cutting System that allows a user to quickly convert the unit for other tasks like side discharging, mulching, and material collection.
