John Deere X340

The John Deere X340 is a mid-range riding mower with a 54-inch deck. It provides many of the same features common amongst the rest of the John Deere X300 line of mowers such as 35-watt headlights and internal wet disk brakes.

However, the X340 boasts some minor improvements over lesser X300 models such as the John Deere X320, improvements like a more powerful 25-hp V-twin air-cooled John Deere iTorque Power System and conveniently located colour-coded controls.

The X340's 35-watt headlights are designed to provide an optimum lighting pattern for mowing and snow removal in poor lighting conditions while its internal wet disk brakes are designed for increased durability and longer life as well as superior stopping power. Its 25-hp V-twin air-cooled John Deere iTorque Power System provides the X340 with high-performance power and long-lasting durability thanks to its full pressure lubrication and even cooling system. Additionally, the X340's conveniently located colour-coded controls make operating it easier.
