The John Deere X320 is a mid-range riding mower with a 48-inch deck. Similar to the John Deere X304, the X320 sports a more powerful 22-hp V-twin air-cooled John Deere iTorque Power System but does not, however, have the 4-wheel-steering that the X304 boasts.

Otherwise, the X320 shares many features with the X304, such as: Twin Touch automatic transmission, 35-watt headlights and a 3.5 U.S. gallon fuel tank.
