The Husqvarna 445 is a mid-grade chainsaw designed for all-purpose use. The 445 model features a total 2.8 HP power output and a unique fuel pump that siphons fuel even in low amounts to the motor to make the device easier to start.

The Husqvarna 445 chain-saw is equipped with unique Husqvarna technology features such as an air purging system which cleans the carburetor, an X-torq automated fuel regulation system, a start/stop "easy start" device switch, and distinct felling marks for better on-the-fly measuring during use. The Husqvarna 445 chain-saw includes additional features such as a side-mounted chain tensioner, snap-lock cylindrical cover, a three piece crankshaft, and a fully visible fuel level meter.
