The YT 3000 42" 28921 is one of Craftsman's lower-cost riding mowers. The YT 3000 42" 28921 has most of the same features as the closely related YT 3000 46", but with a 42" precision cut mowing deck instead of a 46" precision cut mowing deck.

The Briggs and Stratton Platinum Series 21 hp engine is the same as the YT 3000 46", with the same full pressure lube system (which promotes long engine life). The 4 wheels are adjustable like the YT 3000 46", so that you can optimize their position for your lawn.
